Badge Allocation
Additional badges may be purchased at £10.00 per ticket (Prices may differ for some of our feature meetings.) Please pre-order your additional tickets by telephone 01228 554700 or fax 01228 554747, no later than 10am on the day of racing, so that we can have your tickets prepared for you and ready for collection at the Owners & Trainers desk.
All badges can be collected from the Owners & Trainers Desk which is situated just inside the Premier Entrance to the Racecourse. Please remember to bring your PASS card.
Car parking
At Carlisle, car parking is free of charge and labels are not required. However, we do have a reserved area for owners showing their ROA badge.
Facilities
On arrival you will be given a voucher for complimentary pie and peas which are served in the Owners & Trainers Bar where complimentary tea and coffee is also served.
The Owners & Trainers Bar is situated between the main grandstand and the parade ring. Please exit to the left from the Owners & Trainers Desk and you will see the bar directly in front of you. The Bar offers a view of the parade ring and racecourse with a viewing facility directly above it which is reserved exclusively for Owners & Trainers on busy days. When space permits, Owners & Trainers are given an additional facility in our Lloyd Motor Group Lawn Suites which can be accessed via the Owners & Trainers Bar. When this is available it will be advertised in the Owners & Trainers Bar.
The Owners & Trainers Bar has a ramp to the right of the entrance for disabled access.
Winning Connections
Winning Connections are invited for a celebratory drink and to review their race. They are also given a DVD of the race.
Swifts Restaurant
A limited number of places in Swifts Restaurant are reserved exclusively for Owners & Trainers. These are offered on a first come, first served basis so while they are occasionally available on the day we recommend booking in advance by calling 01228 554700.
